I'm a BACP registered psychotherapist based in South East London. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood, without judgement.

About me

I've come to trust that real change begins when we feel safe enough to be truly heard. For me the heart of therapy lies in connection, presence and the courage to explore what matters most.

I offer support for adults from diverse backgrounds, with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity issues, neurodiversity, eating disorders, body image, addiction, sexuality, sex related issues, fertility issues, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, trauma, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, parenting, work or career related concerns.

Training and Qualifications

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework and Code of Professional Conduct.

I trained at the Minster Centre, one of Europe's leading integrative psychotherapy training institutions and I hold an: MA, Advanced Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I hold DBS clearance to work with adults.

I am in clinical supervision and undertake regular CPD (continuing professional development).

Since 2018 I have worked as a counsellor for MIND, as a counsellor within the wellbeing service at London Southbank University and as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice. I now have a private practice in Brixton, London and online.
